We hope you love your Glowh Jewelry. Changed your mind? Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to ask for a return, subject to applicable consumer law.

Before sending anything back

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
• Please keep the original packaging where possible.
• Email us first so we can send the right return instructions.

Return costs

Unless an item is faulty or we made a mistake, return postage is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once the return arrives and is checked, we’ll refund the original payment method. Your payment provider may need a few days to process it.
